Mark Sadoff

Mark Sadoff entered the employee benefits business in 1975. Mr. Sadoff is a pension plan consultant and is directly involved in the daily administration and design of all types of qualified pension plans, such as a profit sharing, 401(k) and defined benefit plans. In this capacity, he calculates the required employer contributions, reconciles the assets and analyzes the investment return for each client. In addition, as an Enrolled Actuary, Mr. Sadoff is responsible for the required submissions of plans and financial tax forms to both the Internal Revenue Service and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, as well as the preparation of FASB 87 reports which are required to be included in audited financial statements.

Mr. Sadoff is an original partner of Professional Pension Planners, Inc. (PPP.) Prior to the establishment of PPP, he had his own consulting practice and was also the Enrolled Actuary for three small consulting firms.

Mr. Sadoff holds a B.A. degree from Brooklyn College and is an enrolled Actuary (EA-1980), a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (M.A.A.A.-1979) and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (A.S.A.-1978).
